Culture Shock Dance Center® expressly prohibits recording, producing, reproducing, copying, transmitting, broadcasting, publicly distributing, or preparing any derivative works of any Culture Shock Dance Center photos, videos, facsimiles, likeness, or written materials without the express written permission of Culture Shock Dance Center. Culture Shock Dance Center prohibits submitting, posting, or publishing to any Internet web site such as YouTube or any public display, any Culture Shock Dance Center photos, videos, facsimiles, likeness, or written materials without the express written permission of Culture Shock Dance Center.

Any willful infringement of Culture Shock Dance Center’s rights under 17 USC Section 101, et seq. could be liable for statutory damages as high as $100,000. Culture Shock Dance Center may decide within its discretion take advantage of all legal remedies available to rectify infringement of its intellectual property rights.
