Top Rocking with Optic and Eddie G! Wednesdays at 6:30 pm with Optic, aka Fresh Finesse and Thursdays at 6:30 pm with Eddie ‘Styles’ Gutierrez! 
 

What is Top Rocking? 
Why is it an integral part of a Bboy/Bgirl’s training?  
Most dancers don’t know that there are two parts in Breakin', Top Rocking and Down Rocking. Top Rocking is the part of Breakin when you are standing and Down Rocking is the second, on the floor which includes footwork pattern steps, power moves, spins, freezes and other types of acrobatic skills! 
Top Rocking styles include a foundation influenced by Latin music and dances, Funk, Disco, Rock and Jazz music of the 1970's.
